I had a fantastic experience working with Jason at JS Flowers in Addison. He was professional, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable from the moment he took my order over the phone. He really listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to design an arrangement that turned out even better than I imagined. The arrangement was incredibly thoughtful and beautifully put together, with great attention to detail. It’s obvious that Jason takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. For anyone looking for quality flowers and thoughtful service, I highly recommend Jason at JS Flowers. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I called to request certain flowers in the Dish Garden arrangement. Mia was extremely helpful, so kind, and patient with me on the phone. Our friend sent pictures of the arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful. She loved it! Thank you Mia, for your help, time, and care. Well done!

JS Flowers delivered truly top-tier customer service. I called yesterday to place a same-day delivery order for my mother and spoke with a woman named Harper, who I believe is one of their floral designers. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Harper reassured me that the arrangement would be delivered before my mother left the office—and she kept her word. My mother absolutely loved the floral arrangement. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent service and beautiful work. I will definitely be using JS Flowers again!

JS Florist unexpectedly ran out of my arrangement. Within an hour, they called, offered me a different arrangement to be delivered on the same day, and even offered to send the original style a few days later once it was back in stock. I accepted the substitute arrangement and said they didn't need to send an extra. I am commenting because I thought it was a fabulous way to handle the problem and this approach in business should be rewarded. Flowers were beautiful. If we weren't moving this would become our regular florist.

My husband has ordered me flowers from JS for different occasions! My first Mothers Day, Valentines Day, etc. Today I received a beautiful bouquet for Valentines Day and I just wanted to take a minute to say beautiful work, and great service!
